Set a clear target for yourself, and for each salesperson on your teamâ5 new leads weeklyâand make it non-negotiable. Tonight, script three daily actions: call 10 expired listings, email 5 past clients, door-knock 20 homes. Execute tomorrow, no whining. 2. Grind the Grit: Repetitious Boredom DOES Pay Off.
