Meet Duane Richins, a dynamic entrepreneur whose journey from the medical field to the bustling world of sales and real estate showcases a remarkable blend of expertise and ambition.

Duane’s innate ability to connect with clients and drive results propelled them forward, laying the groundwork for his next venture.

While excelling in sales, Duane identified a burgeoning interest in real estate and investment opportunities. Leveraging his sales acumen, he seamlessly transitioned into the world of real estate, obtaining his license and embarking on an extraordinary rookie year, selling an impressive 89 homes part-time and earning recognition as the top rookie for KW International.

Driven by a vision to revolutionize the real estate landscape, Duane founded and built a thriving brokerage, attracting over 100 realtors and facilitating transactions totaling $189 million within a year. Duane’s entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there; they co-founded a lending company and spearheaded its growth to 85 loan officers in that short time, alongside launching a title company, further solidifying their presence in the real estate ecosystem.

In 2023, Duane embarked on a new chapter, selling their successful businesses to pursue their passion for worldwide expansion and coaching. He founded REALD2D a groundbreaking door-to-door expansion brokerage and coaching program, extending their expertise and mentorship to agents worldwide, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. Duane has personally trained the rookie of the year each year he’s been in the business.
