DAY 1: LET'S START WITH SIX SIMPLE GRATITUDE PRACTICES
1. Five Thank-You Notes a Day đ
Few things leave a lasting impact like a handwritten note. Grab some eye-catching stationery (Minted, Papyrus, or even a personalized set), and write five thank-yous daily.
Youâll be amazed by the ripple effect of gratitude in strengthening your connections.
2. Keep a Daily Gratitude Journal đ
Start or end each day with three things youâre grateful for. This doesnât have to be hugeâthink along the lines of a moment that made you smile, a quick win, or an inspiring conversation. Journals from Moleskine or a dedicated gratitude journal work perfectly.
3. Share a Compliment đ
