No politics, no complaining, no unfinished profiles. Create a business Facebook page. Social media supports your business; it doesnât generate business.
10. Answer Your Phone
And call people back quickly. Silence = doubt in your clientsâ minds. Communication is everything.
11. Donât Negotiate Over Text
Itâs easily misinterpreted and not legal documentation. Always handle negotiations voice-to-voice.
12. Focus on Being a Listing Agent
Listings create leverage and leads. Buyers donât have to buy, but sellers must sell.
