7. Get Into Momentum—and Stay There

You’ve got the plan. Now it’s time to work the plan.

  • Understand your lead sources

  • Build your ideal schedule

  • Know your Magic Number

Then? Do. The. Work.

Proactive leads are predictable and duplicatable. Lead with them.

11. Listings Are the Engine

Buyers may close one deal at a time—sometimes.
Listings close consistently, create leverage, attract buyer leads, and generate long-term business.
